Machine Features
1. The whole machine consists of three sets independently controlled single head quilting machines.
2. Lifted sewing head, jumbo rotary hook.
3. Automatic oil lubricating to the sewing head and hook base.
4. With automatic thread trimming function.
5. Position reserved for maintenance and thread-changing, so that other decks can still work if one deck is under maintenance.
6. Automatic feeding, clamping, tightening and automatic quilting, discharging, full automated process of the machine.
7. Belt support system in sewing area can keep material flat without sinking during sewing.
8. Unilateral clamping width is 100mm, and distance from stitching to the clamp is 50mm. Min. fabric edge reserved is 150mm.
9. Thread breakage detection, sewing head will return to the threading position when thread breaking and wait for manual.
