1.The whole machine is an automatic bed sheet production equipment composed of feeding mechanism, length hemming mechanism with adjustable width, cross cutting mechanism of fixed length, automatic feeding horizontal conveying mechanism, and automatic cross hemming mechanism. The production efficiency: 3 -4 sheets/minute.
2. Feeding mechanism: Provide continuous supply of fabric for the continuous sewing process of bed sheets.
Covered functions:
a) fabric shortage detection.
b) Independent fabric storage.
c) Automatic alignment.
d) Side cutting and waste storage.
e) Optional function :fanbric connection,fabric openning organization.
3. Length Hemming mechanism: Provide continuous longitudinal hem sewing for continuous production of bed sheets. Automatic edge rolling and folding , with left-right mirror chain stitch sewing heads, the maximum sewing speed is 4000RPM.
4. Cross cutting mechanism: after length hemming, automatic cross cutting the fabric as per fixed length, and the inferior fabric can be removed manually.
5. Cross hemming mechanism: similar function as the length hemming, functions are:
a) The material is conveyed by synchronous belt transmission to ensure synchronization.
b) The width of the conveying platform is adjustable, compatible with products of different sizes.
c) The exclusive hemming mechanism ensures that the intermittent cloth edges can realize automatic double hemming.
6. Label mechanism: It can realize automatic label cutting, conveying and sewing. Label type and laying ways can be folded or laid flat according to demand.
7. Control system: The whole machine is fully servo controlled, Richpeace control system, and other functions can be developed according to requirements.
8. Protective device: the whole machine adopts fully closed protection, and the protective device is subject to the final configuration.
