1. It includes feeding section, vertical sides sewing section, label tagging section, cutting & transferring section and cross sewing section.
2. Feeding section includes fabric joint-sewn device and edge alignment device. Fabric joint device, joint-sewn in trim, reduces fabric waste effectively and improves productivity. Edge alignment device can spread and correct the fabric before sewing.
3. Vertical sides sewing section adopts comprehensive feeding chain-stitch sewing head (optional other sewing head). Mirror sewing heads are adaptable for different products.
4. Label tagging is optional as per requirement.
5. Cutting & transmission system: Its advantage is combining with cutting device and color code sensor to achieve accurate positioning and cutting.
6. Cross sewing section adopts comprehensive feeding chain-stitch sewing head (optional other sewing head) and circular belt, automatic thread trimming.
