1. Feeding Mechanism：Provide continuous supply of raw materials, including the following functions: · Material feeding shortage detection. · Independent material storage and fabric relaxing function. · Automatic alignment correction. · Edge trimming function. Optional semi-automatic fabric splicing machine. Optional fabric opening and spreading machine. Optional waste collection box.

2. Longitudinal Sewing Mechanism： · Steel structure and composed of a movable side seam sewing head, transmission, and hemming components, etc. ·Sewing head is slidable for easy maintenance, with a sewing width of 1600mm-3000mm. ·Equipped with left-hand and right-hand popular branded sewing heads (mirror-image heads), featuring specialized hemming fixtures with hemming sizes ranging from 15mm to 80mm. ·Includes a thread breakage detection function, automatically stopping when the thread breaks. ·Sewing head is equipped with automatic oil supply.

3. Buffer mechanism：Used to match the longitudinal sewing mechanism and the transverse cutting mechanism,enabling them to work continuously in coordination and improve production efficiency.

4. Transverse Cutting Mechanism：Automatically cut longitudinally the sewn fabric according to the set length size.

5. Transverse Sewing Mechanism： · Upper pressure belt cooperates with the machine head loop-belt device to synchronously transmit the fabric, to ensure the fabric being fed to machine head presser foot smoothly. · Adjustable transverse conveying width, sewing width 1500mm-2800mm. · Features edge trimming and waste collection functions. · Automatic hemming mechanism realizes automatic hemming of both sides of rectangular cutting piece fabric and with a hemming width of 15mm.

6. Label Mechanism： · Can achieve automated label cutting and conveying. · Label type, method selections are according to requirement. · Can be folded or laid flat two options.

7. Control Mechanism： · Full servo control of the entire machine, with GetonAgain control system, human-machine interaction operation. · Position of the control device and control cabinet can be designed according to the customer's site requirements. · Custom development can be carried out based on customer needs.
