Equipment Advantages
- Microcomputer PLC, HMI touch screen, computer program control data input, electronic frequency conversion speed regulation for main shaft and circle.
- Fabric clamping chuck and round knife are equipped with safety protection cover.
- Equipped with professional dust collection device, more convenient for dust removal.
- Equipped with CNC double sharpening system, computer control grinding wheel, automatic go and withdraw, automatic positioning according to the size of the blade.
Additional Features:
- Same material can be cut into 9 sets of sizes. Multi-level cutting, different width and cutting volume can be set freely. High cutting accuracy.
- Optional: cooling air device, oil spraying with atomization device. Optional: safety alarm device, if the main shaft chuck is not completely put in place, machine will alarm to ensure safe operation.
