Machine Features
1. Evenly folding and lapping the fiber webs from carding machine to the set width and thickness， then transferring to the next process.
2. Machine frame main structure is made of Q235- A steel folded plate and profile support material.
3. Slanted lattice conveyors are pattern embossed,the bottom lattice and ring lattice are wooden while the rest are leather made lattice.
4. Each conveyors driving rollers are made of seamless steel pipes, with special enhanced shaft head.
5. Web lapping reciprocating movementis driven by synchronous belt(14M), double-headed timing pulley structure,to-and-fro motorequipped with gear decelerator.
6. Web lapping to-and-fro trolley guiding rollers are stainless steel material with 160mm diameter, chain driving and sharp tapered attwo end side.
7. Web lapping frame footis equipped with expansion screw fixing holes.
8. Bottom lattice conveyor heightis adjusted by inching button.
