Equipment Advantages

Roll Fiber Material Loader：Equipped with an unpowered material loader that can feed bonded wadding into the panel cutter machine. Bearings are installed at both ends of each roller, making the operation labor-saving and energy-efficient.
Cross Cutter & Edge Cutter：Two sets of longitudinal rigid cutting blades (can be increased or decreased according to product requirements). Electric fly-over automatic cross cutting with pulse counting and digital display for length measurement.
Case Filling Function：After cutting, the wadding fibers are automatically fed into the comforter envelope case. The length setting is controlled by computer and can be adjusted to any desired value.
