Automatic Folding and Packaging Machine

1. Equipment Mainly Composited With: Folding device, rolling Device, stacking and compress plus conveyor device.

2. Folding Device: After the quilt is detected and transported to the designated position by sensors, a robotic arm folds the quilt into a strip shape.

3. Rolling Device: The strip-shaped quilt is transported to the automatic rolling device to complete the rolling process.

4. Folding Device: After being detected by sensors, the strip-shaped quilt is transported to the designated position and folded into a block shape by a robotic arm.

5. It adopts servo motor control and PLC control system.

6. Photoelectric Switch Control Mechanism: Provides high operational accuracy while saving energy and power.

7. Compatible with Other Production Lines: Can be connected to multi-needle quilting and edge-binding production lines, overlock edge-binding automatic production lines, and single-needle patterned edge-binding automatic quilting production lines.

8. Optional: Automatic Bagging, Vacuum Pressing, and Sealing Equipment: Enables fully automated production.
